This is to acknowledge that GREEKIAN LLC is a licensed vendor for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. We have all right to produce, market, sell and/or distribute certain merchandise bearing approved trademark and insignia.

Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges, understands and agrees (hereinafter collectively “agrees”) that he/she is an Authorized Buyer only if he/she is buying goods bearing Sorority marks and designs.
