When will my order ship?

How do i track my order?
In order to track your purchase visit our “Track Order” page. You need to enter the Order ID and email address. Then you will be prompted to a page with all the detail.

Yes, we do accept chapter bulk orders. We have built-in system to process chapter based customized orders.
What is the timeline for Pre-Orders?
All Pre-orders items have a specific shipping date indicated within each item description. Please read over this description so you are aware of the shipping date.
What to do in order to purchase an item that's been sold out already?

Which item qualifies for the return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How can i return an item?
To complete your return,
1). We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also a valid reason for return.
2). To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse (Where you received the product from) Please contact us for the warehouse address
